The room is 9x13 and is furnished, including bookshelves, desk space and beds. 
The room is brightened by nice windows on one side.

The rent on this room is $675/month. Rent includes housekeeping and landscaping.

Utilities are extra.

Access to a nice kitchen, living room, full bath and private backyard with many flowers and trees is included.  There is a fireplace, clothes washer/dryer, and some wireless internet access. The house is fully furnished, and basic linens are available. No pets are allowed.

You must be a non-smoker, not work from home, you are clean, considerate of others, sociable, and you do not use drugs or consume alcohol excessively.

The house is close to Stanford, Atherton and Woodside and there is easy access to Highways 280 and 101 within 5-10 minutes.  The local bus picks up at the end of the block, shopping centers are 2 and 8 blocks away, and a community fitness center is about 10 blocks away.
